Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, and Soy Free.
2 cups cashews (soaked overnight and drained)
2 cups kale leaves
2 medium sized bananas
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut nectar (Sugar Free option: omit this and add 1 more banana)
5 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1. Blend all ingredients until everything turns smooth and creamy. You may adjust ingredients as needed.
2. Pour over the mix into a spring form pan or any pan dish and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
3. Thaw before serving and top with some crushed nuts.
Keep this in the freezer, if there’s some left. Enjoy!
